The Imperial PHOENIX Guard

_________________The Imperial Guard is the military unit of the Emperor of Cantha. Its main purpose is to protect the Raisu Palace and the Emperor himself, but it performs duties throughout the continent. Many ministers have their own guardsmen of the Imperial Guard at their disposal. Otherwise, they can be found mainly in Kaineng and on Shing Jea, where they are used to protect the population and enforce justice.

Today I present a little story about a girl who came to Kaineng and became an imperial guardian. She often heard stories about the rare bird phoenix and that the biggest phoenixes are owned by Canthan royalty. And one day she saw him... With its colourful plumage that rivalled that of the rainbow mosaic, the phoenix was a royal bird within reach. Cautiously she approached, and the phoenix did not retreat. It stood there, neither fearful nor aggressive, looking at her and fluttering its colourful wings.... As if to say: I was waiting for you too. And she could not believe her eyes - the phoenix came to her all by itself.
And since then they have been inseparable...
When one day they are in Kaineng and observe the strange event of an imperial guard and a phoenix taking off into the air, it is not a dream - the phoenix has given her miraculous powers - a spell happened one night and she could fly.

This is older armour, but I only have time to take some pictures today. It was really inspired by phoenix plumage (here in traditional/common colours (red/gold): https://i.imgur.com/38g6gpH.jpg). Not only phoenix feather glows purple/violet, also emperor's clothes had these colours (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Emperor_Usoku).
