The SCRYER's Circle

He looked for a stone cone and sat down on the side sheltered from the wind. He wondered if the ancestors would stand by him in this matter. A crow fluttered up and croaked discontentedly before disappearing into the darkness. Apparently he had disturbed her sleep. He shivered, the south wind blew cold and wet air over the hills, and it went through all the layers of his clothing.
...The land drowned in snow. Shiver after shiver moved across the black river, and distant lightning flashed across the night sky. In the midst of the nightly stream, the outlines of a settlement began to emerge, pile dwellings that defied the snowstorm on an island. It was quiet in the huts. No one was telling stories, and nowhere were children laughing; the settlement seemed to listen only to the streaming snowflakes. The last lights were extinguished, and darkness fell on the village.
The cold had crawled into his bones, and it didn't seem to have any intention of leaving there so soon.
Manipulating the essence, mastering a masterful mechanism. And set fire to Lighting the Forest, the Frozen Pass, the Legacy and the Mountains... To unlock the mysteries of the Raven Sanctumder.

I am back (Christmas stress says hello). Today I present a mystical male character. A seer, a mistery-seeker in Bjora Marches.
The whole look was built around Staff Scryer`s Circle. To enhance and mystify the circle effect I used some glowing armor parts.
