*Originally the English name for a guide or forerunner for the post (mail) or a messenger, it became transferred to the actual mail carrier or messenger and also to a person who rides a (hired) post horse. The same persons made themselves available as a less expensive alternative to hiring a coachman, particularly for light, fast vehicles.
The postilion wears a full-dress livery with a short jacket reaching to the waist only and decorated with gold lace and gilt buttons. A white shirt and stock tie, white leather breeches, white gloves, decorated cap, boots with brown tops, and an iron leg-guard on the” (right) “leg to protect it from the battering of the carriage pole.

In Divinity's Reach, Pit works as a mailman, chatting for hours from house to house and likes to look at the postcards he delivers He was particularly fond of postcards from exotic parts of the world depicting strange buildings and wild animals. In his wandering thoughts he dreams himself deep into these distant worlds on his official marches...
When he had decided to hire himself out as a postman, he had no idea that this work, which was neither a vocation nor an art, would bring him as close as possible to the secrets of mankind, and that is why he tried to do it as well as possible. To be a postman, you don't just need healthy legs and strong shoulders. One must anticipate the content of the letters, recognize the writings of the people...

This is my Story (*inspired by an old picture with postilion)

I thought: Divinity's Reach needs a real postman :) So I created a colorful old postman cosplay character.
I hope you have fun looking at the screens

I really love your work here! The screenies are really fun and the armor pieces are all great choices. I'd change the armor dyes to be a bit less saturated, but I give you Gold!

Thank you for your nice comment!
The Ocean color for the jacket can be replaced by Country Blue, but I like (and like to use) saturated colors... Besides - the uniform is still new: not washed and not faded by the sun :)
