Legionnaire of the Wastes

"Debrief, soldier." "It was a rough couple of weeks, Tribune, our transport got shot down somewhere over the Silverwastes, what other crew survived the crash became sand wurm food. I managed to find my way out of the wreckage and into the cover of a cavern nearby, then it was all a matter of waiting for some extraction. Luckily I found this friendly rock mutt, I thought the bastards ate the dirt itself to survive, but turned out this poor runt needed food as much as I did, we lived off of armadillo and desert beetles, I'll tell you I never want to see any kind of shell again in my life. Pieced together what I could to survive and as luck would have it, here I am."

This mostly came out of trying to find something that used the dragon headdress along with using the fantastic legionnaire weapons. Put the scarf on cause I didn't like how much of a gap the mask leaves from the chestpiece, and it seemed to fit well together for a desert wanderer kind of look, so ended up with what you see.
